Welcome to St George After Hours GP Clinic
We are an After Hours GP Doctor service located in St George Private hospital on the Ground Floor, providing our local community Health Service.
Conveniently located on the ground floor of St George private hospital, with pathology and radiology services available on site, the clinic will provide bulk billing for children under 16, aged pensioners, and veteran affairs concession card holders (except on public holidays).
If you’re experiencing an urgent medical emergency, Please call Triple Zero (000) or visit your nearest emergency department.
We only accept bookings starting from 6PM on weekdays and from 12PM on Saturday & all day Sunday.

Better Service
We can generally do more than a Home Doctor. Our Doctors can perform minor surgical procedures, and even some pathology. We also have a range of anti-biotics on site as well as a late night Pharmacy nearby.
Friendly, professional staff
All our Doctors are Fully Registered or enrolled in a recognised general practice training program with RACGP or ACRRM which has become the standard for Australian GPs.
No appointment necessary
We are locals like you. All our Doctors are local doctors practice in this area. The best part? Just drop in, no booking necessary.
Patients with Overseas Student or Overseas Visitor Health Cover
We can do online claiming for overseas students and overseas visitors for these insurances. See our doctors without incurring out of pocket charges.

Public Holidays open
Appointments No appointments required, all walk-ins accepted, with patients seen in order of arrival. Urgent cases take priority.
Fees Private billing with fees payable at the time of consultation – please contact the practice directly regarding their charges.Bulk billing for children under 16, aged pensioners and veteran affairs concession card holders (except on public holidays).
Follow up Patients are advised to follow up treatment with their regular GP. Consultation notes are forwarded to a patient’s regular GP within 24 hours of attendance at the clinic.
